Mike Weiss is the founder and CEO of VoiceROI, the Conversation Conversion Company. VoiceROI builds done-for-you AI digital workers that answer every call, follow up with every lead and book appointments, so small business owners get more booked appointments and sales, lower costs and less chaos. It serves small and mid-sized U.S. businesses that run on the phone, from doctors, dentists, lawyers and accountants to roofers, electricians and plumbers. The promise is simple: 20% more on an agreed number within six months of going live, or the work continues for free.

Mike has spent 39 years taking the same stand for the small business owner, with a different technology each time. He started cold calling on Wall Street in 1987, the year of Black Monday, and spent 23 years there, moving from stockbroker to fiduciary and raising more than $100 million. When the internet arrived, Mike digitized his own financial firm and became one of the first wealth management groups to run almost fully on automation.

That expertise led his mentor John Assaraf to invite him to build NeuroGym, which reached 8,000 customers in more than 70 countries and over $1 million in sales in its first 16 months. In 2012 Mike finished in the top four of about 400 companies for Infusionsoft's Ultimate Marketer award, on stage in front of 1,500 people. He then created Client Engagement Academy, a done-for-you education platform that raised course completion from 3% to 12% up to 40% to 80%. After COVID he built a done-for-you LinkedIn service for CEOs and executives, Clout Selling, and his work has produced more than half a billion views.

When AI arrived, Mike saw that service business owners were never going to deploy it themselves, and VoiceROI was born.
